About the role
Join Bosch Engineering Center Cluj as a Working Student in Technical Project Administration. You will support the implementation of Bosch's standard project management methodology and assist various project activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a multinational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in applying Bosch’s project management methodology, focusing on Configuration, Change, and Problem Resolution Management.
- Monitor project plans, budgets, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Support documentation creation and maintenance at all project levels.
- Prepare custom reports and metrics tailored to project needs.
- Identify process‑related risks and issues, propose corrective actions, and ensure implementation.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings.
- Organise training sessions for stakeholders on specific processes.
Required profile
- University degree in a technical field and/or Business Administration.
- Experience working in a multicultural, multinational setting.
- Strong customer orientation, time‑management, and organizational skills.
- Flexible, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Problem‑solving attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
