Team Leader for IT Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee our IT Services team at Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara. The role involves coaching team members, managing performance, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of IT service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching, performance feedback and regular one‑to‑one meetings for all team members.
• Recruit, hire and support the onboarding of new talent.
• Coordinate with other team managers and functional peers across the organization.
• Identify corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Report to internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with Bosch and external regulations.
• Support sales and product management processes related to team activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
• Several years of experience in IT service management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and creative problem‑solver.
