Working Student - Web Software Developer

About the role

As a Working Student you will join Bosch Engineering Center Cluj's web development team in the Powertrain Solutions department. You will contribute to both backend and frontend development of internal tools that accelerate digitalisation in engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Python and related technologies.
• Implement frontend features with JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, jQuery, HTML and CSS.
• Design and consume REST APIs and work with Azure Cloud services.
• Write and optimise SQL queries and manage database interactions.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, use Git/GitHub and participate in CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics & Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable field.
• Basic experience with at least one of the following: C#, Java, Python, JavaScript.
• Understanding of OOP principles, algorithms, data structures and web communication basics (HTTP, REST).
• Good command of English.
