Working Student – Verification, Validation & Test Automation

About the role

Join Bosch Engineering Center Cluj as a Working Student in Verification, Validation & Test Automation. You will collaborate with senior engineers to learn how automotive systems are tested and validated, gaining hands‑on experience with hardware‑in‑the‑loop environments and test automation.

Key responsibilities

• Run tests in Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HiL) and Software‑in‑the‑Loop (SiL) environments.
• Develop and automate test cases using Python and internal tools.
• Analyze failures and bugs, and contribute to test case documentation.

Required profile

• Strong interest in automotive systems, ADAS, and testing fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of programming and basic electronics.
• Proficiency in English (good level required).
