Working Student – Sales Planning

About the role

As a Working Student in Sales Planning you will support the Customer Market Planning and forecasting processes within Bosch Engineering Center Cluj, gaining experience in a multicultural environment and working with various planning tools and databases.

Key responsibilities

• Support Customer Market Planning (volume & price planning) data entry and analysis using planning and sales controlling tools.
• Assist with current forecast activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Create reports for KPI analysis and turnover calculations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for meetings.
• Handle routine and ad‑hoc tasks independently.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, preferably in economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in working in a multicultural environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Demonstrated dedication, flexibility, team spirit and good communication skills.
