Working Student – Project Management

About the role

Join Bosch Engineering Center Cluj as a Working Student in Project Management. You will support project teams in a multicultural environment while gaining hands‑on experience in project administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to projects under the direction of the application project manager or project manager associate.
• Administer project data using project management tools.
• Organise and maintain project files and databases.
• Assist in creating presentations and reports.
• Coordinate regular meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student with interest in a multicultural workplace.
• Available for a full‑time program.
• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Dedicated, flexible, team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• English at an advanced level (mandatory); German is a plus.
