Working Student – Product Planning Team

About the role

Join Bosch's Product Planning Team as a Working Student and support the launch of new mobility solutions. You will apply your engineering studies to real‑world production projects, gaining hands‑on experience in a multicultural plant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in databases and Excel sheets.
• Assist in planning early releases, sampling and trial runs for product validation.
• Support change‑management activities during series production.
• Help coordinate first trial runs on production lines and document results for ramp‑up assurance.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation such as Control Plans and FMEAs.
• Participate in trainings to develop technical and professional skills.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or Master student in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Production Management, Precision Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Conversational English to communicate with international colleagues.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and plant ramp‑up activities.
• Proactive, flexible and open to new challenges.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
