Working Student – Logistics Support

About the role

As a Working Student in the Logistics Area, you will support the smooth flow of raw materials to the production lines at Bosch's Blaj plant. Working under the guidance of your supervisor, you will help ensure that material supplies match the production plan and that any deviations are quickly addressed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor raw‑material inventories and align deliveries with the production schedule.
• Track supplier deliveries, identify late or partial shipments, and communicate issues to relevant departments.
• Provide timely updates on material availability and raise alerts when deviations occur.
• Assist in creating action plans for critical parts, including special transport or supplier‑delay mitigation.
• Share proactive information with production, logistics, and other internal teams.
• Escalate problems according to the defined escalation procedure.

Required profile

• Enrolled as a student (working‑student status) with interest in logistics or supply‑chain processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
• Good communication skills for cross‑departmental coordination.
