Working Student – Logistics Quality

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Logistics Quality team at Bosch’s Cluj plant. You will support the definition and operation of logistics claim processes while gaining hands‑on experience in a global engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining and operating logistics claims processes.
• Support daily operational activities of the Logistics Quality team.
• Help define processes within logistic claim fields.
• Generate reports from customer portals, ratings, and claim management systems.
• Participate in problem solving, customer communication and negotiation.
• Create, execute and analyse logistics data.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem‑solving abilities.
• Assertive and professional communication style.

Required skills

• Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
