Working Student - Logistics Area

About the role

As a Working Student in the Logistics Area at Bosch Group in Blaj, you will support the supply chain by ensuring raw material availability in line with production plans. Working under the guidance of a supervisor, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the production line and help maintain high service levels for internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the supply of raw materials according to production planning and line capacity.
• Monitor raw‑material inventories and support timely fulfillment of the production plan.
• Track overall customer demand and propose factory‑level plans for new and existing requirements.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, identify late or partial shipments, and report deviations.
• Share proactive information with production and logistics departments when deviations occur.
• Escalate problems according to the defined escalation management procedure.
• Perform daily monitoring of critical parts and suggest action plans for supplier delays or special transport needs.
