Working Student – Line Planning Support

About the role

Join Bosch's Cluj plant as a Working Student supporting line planning activities. You will gain hands‑on experience in automotive manufacturing, collaborate with multicultural teams, and apply your university knowledge to real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ramp‑up activities, budgets and new product launches.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and clear reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support the plant’s ramp‑up process with proactive problem solving.
• Assist in data collection and analysis for production planning.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Conversational English to communicate with multicultural colleagues.
• Medium level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest or basic experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn about the latest technology trends.
