Working Student – Line Engineering Support

About the role

Join Bosch's Cluj plant as a Working Student in Line Engineering Support. You will gain hands‑on experience in a multicultural manufacturing environment, applying your university knowledge to real production projects while developing technical and teamwork skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support line‑engineering activities and plant ramp‑up initiatives.
• Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist with equipment and process familiarisation on the shop floor.
• Participate in assigned trainings to enhance technical competencies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a technical field such as Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Production Management or Precision Engineering.
• Conversational English for communication with multicultural colleagues.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and willingness to support plant ramp‑up.
• Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Medium‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic data‑handling and computer literacy.
