Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is expanding its Romanian operations under the RISE initiative and seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic hiring in Bucharest. You will act as a trusted advisor to local leaders, building pipelines of innovators and leaders to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, create job profiles and align recruitment with business objectives.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, operational and strategic roles as part of the RISE expansion.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using AI tools, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, apply modern assessment methods and ensure cultural fit with Airbus values.
• Collaborate with Group HR and local Employment Communities of Practice to ensure compliance with global guidelines and Romanian labour law.
• Represent Airbus at university fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a matrix‑organized international corporation (aerospace, high‑tech or engineering).
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Proven experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced recruiting and ramp‑up projects.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Romanian.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian employment practices and hiring regulations.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques and direct candidate outreach.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment platforms.
• Experience using AI‑driven sourcing tools and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent mapping.
