About the role
PWC is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to guide clients through emerging ESG regulations such as the EU SFDR and Taxonomy. You will work on ESG risk management projects, support business development, and help shape new sustainability methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse client business contexts with a focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) processes.
- Stay current on ESG regulatory developments and apply insights to client engagements.
- Lead workshops and business‑level discussions, delivering ESG projects and gap analyses.
- Develop or implement new policies, processes, and solutions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Apply commercial awareness and project‑derived knowledge to assess data quality and reliability.
Required profile
- University degree in environmental science, engineering, business/finance, economics, geography, biology, or a related ESG field.
- Strong critical‑thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent research, analytical and report‑writing capabilities.
- High initiative, agility and resourcefulness.
