Studio Production Coordinator (iGaming)

About the role

We are looking for a Studio Production Coordinator to join a leading B2B iGaming company in Bucharest. You will support live gaming productions, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality broadcasts in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily live studio production schedules and manage resources.
• Liaise with technical, creative and operational teams to align studio assets with production timelines.
• Monitor live games, address technical issues promptly and escalate when needed.
• Support set‑up of lighting, audio, cameras and digital assets according to game requirements.
• Facilitate communication between presenters, dealers, crew and management.
• Maintain documentation on processes, shifts and studio inventory for audit compliance.
• Assist with onboarding, training and scheduling of production staff and freelancers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Broadcasting, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in live production or broadcast environments, ideally within iGaming or media.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong English communication skills; Romanian is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Basic familiarity with compliance standards in regulated broadcast or iGaming settings.
