Sr. Technical Support Representative (Bilingual – Spanish/English)

About the role

Axon is looking for a senior bilingual Technical Support Representative to serve Spanish‑speaking customers and law‑enforcement partners across the U.S., Latin America and Europe. You will provide expert‑level assistance for both hardware and software products, ensuring a seamless, culturally aware experience.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Axon hardware and software.
• Become a subject‑matter expert on Axon’s product portfolio and maintain service level agreements.
• Identify, report, and help resolve product bugs by collaborating with internal teams.
• Provide bilingual support via phone, email and chat, managing the Spanish support queue.
• Translate and localize technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles and customer communications.
• Support onboarding and training of Spanish‑speaking customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of technical support experience with software, hardware, web‑based solutions or e‑commerce platforms.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Pass a CJIS background check and handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Experience with mobile devices and cloud‑based solutions.
• Understanding of internet networking and routing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, JIRA and RingCentral.
