Software Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead testing strategy and execution for our Bosch Ecosystem. You will drive AI‑enhanced testing, automation, and quality governance across Agile, Waterfall and DevOps projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategy, governance and coverage, leveraging data‑driven and AI‑supported insights.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of test engineers and automation specialists.
• Establish scalable automation frameworks with advanced capabilities such as self‑healing and smart execution.
• Manage resources for test phases, including people, tools and infrastructure.
• Conduct critical reviews of test suites, approaches and data to improve efficiency and quality.
• Implement robust end‑to‑end validation processes and test data management.
• Monitor, report and present QA metrics, assess risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between QA, development, product management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• University diploma (or high‑school diploma) with fluent English (B2/C1).
• 5+ years of software testing/QA experience, including at least 2 years in a test‑manager or leadership role.
• Proven experience designing AI‑driven testing solutions and intelligent automation strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
