Service Manager – Global Hosting Services

About the role

Pwc IT Services Limited is looking for a Service Manager to join the Global Hosting Services (GHS) Service Management & Compliance team. The role focuses on preparing new cloud services and major enhancements for operational readiness across public cloud providers and on‑premises hosting centres.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end operationalisation of new cloud products and major enhancements, ensuring compliance with the GHS Product Acceptance Checklist (documentation, knowledge transfer, monitoring, support models, SLAs/SLOs).
• Translate stakeholder, product and engineering requirements into clear operational specifications for all teams.
• Maintain Service Level Objective (SLO) documents, defining customer responsibilities and support scope.
• Conduct risk, impact and supportability assessments for new services.
• Document requirements, route requests to relevant GHS teams and track progress through operational‑readiness milestones.
• Participate in daily/weekly project scrums and report progress regularly.
• Ensure adherence to PwC Technology ITSM processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems or Management Information Systems.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in IT Service Management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and ability to influence across teams.
