Senior TIBCO Integration Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO Integration Developer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise integration architecture. In this role you will bridge disparate systems, ensure seamless data orchestration, and build highly reliable middleware solutions. You will own the full integration lifecycle—from technical design to deployment—while maintaining optimal system uptime and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, secure enterprise application integration (EAI) and business process automation solutions using the TIBCO suite.
• Design and implement SOAP/REST web services, micro‑services, and event‑driven data architectures.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine‑tune TIBCO deployments to guarantee low‑latency messaging and maximum throughput.
• Create architectural blueprints, define messaging standards, and lead code/design reviews.
• Support legacy middleware migration toward cloud‑native integration platforms.
• Act as technical SME, mentoring and upskilling junior middleware engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of experience in Enterprise Application Integration using TIBCO products.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize complex integration solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on performance and reliability.
