Senior Service Sales Specialist – South Eastern Europe

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Service Sales Specialist to drive sales and market expansion of its service offerings across South Eastern Europe. The role combines strategic sales, lead generation, and technical knowledge to deliver tailored service solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell service contracts, per‑incident services and spare parts to extend product lifecycle value.
• Achieve sales targets and grow the installed‑base service portfolio through pipeline management, renewals and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key stakeholders and potential clients.
• Conduct market analysis and support service market development activities.
• Collaborate with sales, service and technical teams to develop customer‑focused service solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on service features, benefits and value propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of sales, clinical or healthcare‑related experience, preferably in medical devices or service sales.
• Strong consultative selling and account management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a hybrid environment (3 days field, 2 days remote).
