Senior SAP PP Consultant – S/4HANA Manufacturing

About the role

cbsconsulting is seeking a Senior SAP PP Consultant to join its manufacturing practice in Bucharest. You will work on large‑scale, end‑to‑end digital projects for leading industrial companies, focusing on production planning within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement SAP PP solutions as part of S/4HANA roll‑outs.
• Take module responsibility for production planning in national and international projects.
• Prepare and facilitate customer workshops, driving change management and coaching.
• Support presales activities and help expand customer relationships.
• Mentor junior consultants and trainees.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP logistics consultant or application manager in an industrial setting, with a focus on production planning.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead functional teams or sub‑projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills in multicultural environments.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel, including occasional international assignments.
