Senior SAP PP Consultant – Application Management Support

About the role

As a Senior SAP PP Consultant you will provide application management support for SAP Production Planning systems, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement complex production planning requirements through SAP PP customization.
• Adapt SAP standard to project‑specific needs and demand‑driven scenarios.
• Analyse technical and process‑related production issues, identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Handle 3rd‑level support tickets, track progress and ensure resolution.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create technical specifications and guarantee proper implementation.
• Develop functional enhancements in SAP PP, including integration with MES, production orders and demand planning.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of production processes and supply‑chain integration.
• Several years of consulting experience in SAP PP, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with adjacent SAP modules such as MM, QM, PM and APO/PP‑DS.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
