Senior SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) projects for our clients in Romania. You will work with a high‑performing team delivering end‑to‑end digital solutions for manufacturing and supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Lead Consultant on innovative Sustainable Supply Chain projects.
• Consult, design and implement SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.
• Analyze and optimise manufacturing processes and support production digitalisation.
• Integrate SAP DM into existing SAP landscapes and connect to shop‑floor systems.
• Provide end‑to‑end project support from requirements gathering to go‑live and post‑implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings and knowledge‑transfer sessions with customers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from IT, production and supply‑chain management.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as an SAP consultant specialised in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing execution and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Proven experience integrating SAP DM into complex SAP and shop‑floor environments.
• Independent, proactive working style with strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Excellent communication skills at team and management level in multicultural settings.
• Very good English language proficiency.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional international assignments.
