Senior Intune Administrator

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior Intune Administrator to lead the maintenance and administration of Microsoft Intune in its Timisoara office. You will ensure the platform supports OS customization, software deployments, and evergreen updates for Windows and Office across physical and virtual devices.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows devices, including Autopilot provisioning and policy enforcement.
• Manage global software distribution, patching, compliance tracking, and performance optimization.
• Configure and deploy line‑of‑business applications and oversee the Evergreen update process for Windows and Office.
• Handle role‑based access, periodic compliance reporting, and design changes aligned with business requirements.
• Provide ticket support, incident resolution, request fulfillment, and change implementation.
• Support implementation of CIS and organizational security policies for endpoint technologies.
• Collaborate with end‑user computing, warehouse, and field engineering teams.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to technology modernization initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an enterprise‑scale Microsoft Intune tenant.
• Hands‑on expertise with Windows Autopilot, policy management, device management, and software deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 evergreen updates, and compliance reporting.
• Experience with role‑based access control and CIS security standards.
• Ability to support incident tickets, change requests, and documentation processes.
