Senior Full Stack Consultant with AI

About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Consultant you will help leading organisations turn AI and software innovation into real business value. You will work on enterprise‑grade applications that combine modern engineering practices with emerging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and micro‑service architectures.
• Build responsive web front‑ends with Angular or React and TypeScript, following modern UI/UX principles.
• Integrate generative AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG pipelines and AI agents into full‑stack solutions.
• Automate builds, testing and deployments via CI/CD pipelines, containers and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders and client teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years of hands‑on backend or full‑stack development experience.
• Fluent in German and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering production‑ready AI‑enabled applications, including prompt engineering and RAG.
