Senior Embedded Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Embedded Software Developer to join Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. You will work on cutting‑edge sensor technologies, creating the core software that powers products such as TPMS, accelerometers, and gyroscopes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise reliable embedded software in C/C++ for proprietary sensors.
• Collaborate with hardware teams, interpret schematics and datasheets, and influence hardware design.
• Write performance‑oriented, memory‑efficient code for ARM Cortex‑M, RISC‑V and other processor architectures.
• Develop both bare‑metal applications and RTOS‑based systems.
• Identify complex technical challenges and propose robust architectural solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in low‑level embedded development and hardware interaction.
• Strong understanding of processor architectures and real‑time constraints.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑changing, multi‑project environment.
