Senior DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review & Cloud Automation

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will lead the design, development and operation of cloud‑native backend services and AI‑assisted proof‑of‑concept interfaces. You will ensure that code generated by AI tools meets the highest standards of security, quality and maintainability before it reaches production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and AI‑assisted PoC interfaces using Python.
• Review, validate and refine AI‑generated code to guarantee security, reliability and best‑practice compliance.
• Design, build and automate cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform) while applying security best practices.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, including repository policies and secret management.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic) to ensure application performance.
• Lead the development of internal platform tools that streamline developer workflows, such as automated local environment setup.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on infrastructure, tooling and AI code‑review processes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Solutions Architect or similar.
• Proven experience reviewing and validating AI‑generated code, identifying security vulnerabilities, logic errors and anti‑patterns.
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture, security principles and Infrastructure‑as‑Code, especially Terraform.
• Strong background in Linux, networking concepts (routing, load balancers, firewalls) and database management (relational and non‑relational).
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship within an engineering team.
