Senior Consultant – Transaction Services

About the role

Join PwC Romania’s Transaction Services team as a Senior Consultant and work on high‑profile acquisitions and disposals. You will support investors in making critical decisions by delivering rigorous financial due diligence and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, analysing profitability, cash flow, working capital and debt.
• Identify risks, opportunities and key deal considerations, and translate findings into client‑ready reports.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, valuation and M&A advisors to deliver comprehensive transaction advice.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in audit, transaction services, accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Power BI
• Alteryx
• GenAI tools (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards; IFRS is a plus
• ACCA student status (advantageous)
