Senior Clinical Research Associate – Oncology (Remote, Romania)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate with oncology expertise to support global sponsor studies. The position is home‑based in Romania and involves both on‑site and remote monitoring activities across the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management and close‑out visits ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements and protocol.
• Review source documents, verify data entry in CRFs, resolve queries and ensure electronic data capture compliance.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation and dispensing according to protocol.
• Document activities through letters, reports and logs, and support recruitment, retention and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to travel up to 75%.
