Security & Compliance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Security & Compliance Engineer to strengthen our security posture and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will identify threats, implement controls, and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage configuration, deployment, and maintenance of security technologies such as EDR, DLP, SIEM, vulnerability management, NIDS, and SOAR.
• Design and develop detection logic to enhance Managed Detection and Response (MDR) capabilities.
• Architect and automate security controls across the enterprise to improve efficiency.
• Design secure network configurations and provide security support throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Review and process security configuration requests while maintaining compliance.
• Participate in investigation and response to security incidents and breaches.
• Perform daily security administration tasks, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in detection engineering, security log collection, tool configuration, and investigations.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 security technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both security and business teams.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and modern attack techniques.
