SAP SD/O2C Consultant

About the role

The SAP SD/O2C Consultant will support the transformation and continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash processes within Bosch Service Solutions. You will work closely with manufacturing, logistics, sales and IT teams to deliver SAP rollout projects and optimise end‑to‑end business flows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs, facilitate workshops and create functional specifications for SAP ERP solutions.
• Plan and execute transformation and implementation initiatives across the O2C domain.
• Support SAP implementation activities, including migration testing, authorisations, user acceptance testing and go‑live support.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing and Finance to optimise processes and system integrations.
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management and user adoption to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and implement process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide functional and non‑functional expertise for global O2C processes and SAP solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in the SAP Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) area.
• Strong understanding of modern supply‑chain concepts and end‑to‑end business processes.
• Proven ability to analyse, design, optimise and document complex business processes.
• Independent working style with excellent stakeholder management skills.
