SAP Order-to-Cash Consultant

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara as an SAP Order-to-Cash Consultant. You will support the transformation and continuous improvement of business processes within the Order-to-Cash domain, working closely with manufacturing, logistics, sales, and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SAP rollout projects and transformation initiatives across plants and business units.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, analyse business needs and create functional specifications for SAP ERP solutions.
• Support implementation activities including configuration, migration testing, authorisations, user acceptance testing and key‑user support during go‑live.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing and Finance to optimise end‑to‑end processes and system integrations.
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management and user adoption to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and implement process standardisation, automation and improvement opportunities.
• Provide functional and non‑functional expertise and ongoing support for global O2C processes and SAP solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Strong understanding of modern supply‑chain concepts and end‑to‑end business processes.

Required skills

• SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
• SAP S/4HANA functional and configuration expertise
• Familiarity with SAP LE, MM, TM, FI/CO and PP modules
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications relevant to O2C
