SAP Intralogistics To Demand Consultant

About the role

The SAP Intralogistics To Demand Consultant will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that SAP solutions fully support the Intralogistics to Demand (I2D) process landscape. You will help define, implement and continuously improve warehouse management processes while supporting SAP rollout and transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between business units and IT for I2D processes.
• Drive business value of intralogistics processes in line with global supply‑chain strategy.
• Define, implement, standardise and optimise warehouse processes such as Goods Receipt, Put‑away, Picking, Packing, Shipping and Inventory Management.
• Support international SAP rollout, migration and S/4HANA transformation projects, including requirements analysis, design, testing and user acceptance.
• Integrate and optimise SAP and non‑SAP Warehouse Management Systems (SAP WM, LE, IM, BOWAS, custom solutions, S/4HANA).
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and ensure alignment across logistics, service providers and external partners.
• Train, coach and support business users and partners in adopting standardised processes and manage change.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, test documentation, training material and process documentation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes (Goods Receipt, Put‑away, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory).
• Experience working with SAP WM, LE, IM and S/4HANA environments.
• Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements and deliver training.
• Good documentation and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
