SAP EWM Rollout Consultant

About the role

Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara is looking for an experienced SAP EWM Rollout Consultant to lead the transition of logistics processes to SAP S/4HANA. The role combines fit‑to‑standard analysis, data migration and change management across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive fit‑to‑standard analysis and harmonisation of logistics processes against global SAP templates.
• Lead the migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, including data cleansing, migration, cut‑over and go‑live activities.
• Work with business and project teams throughout discovery, pilot, rollout and stabilization phases.
• Support local entities with tasks such as data cleansing, process harmonisation, authorisations and training.
• Contribute to central template design and localisation for inbound, outbound and transportation processes.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology (Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run) and obtain formal sign‑offs.
• Establish and maintain cross‑functional relationships and provide hyper‑care support post‑go‑live.
• Deliver knowledge transfer, training documentation and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of consulting and rollout experience, including user training and support.
• At least 2 years of end‑to‑end SAP implementation experience with migration and cut‑over activities.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and intralogistics processes (inbound, outbound, internal warehouse).
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1); German (B2/C1) is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Timișoara and collaborate in a multi‑cultural environment.
