Sample Management Expert (German)

About the role

As a Sample Management Expert you will act as the bridge between customers, the project team and the production plant, ensuring that sample orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will work in a dynamic automotive engineering environment, supporting the development of innovative mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager during the pre‑order phase with forecast updates and technical clarifications.
• Receive, validate and process sample orders from customers.
• Confirm technical definitions with the Project Manager and transmit requirements to the plant.
• Communicate planned delivery dates to customers and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Distribute sample delivery plans internally and externally after each project meeting.
• Maintain continuous communication with both customers and the production plant.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, order management, procurement or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with order management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to travel when required.
