Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a welcoming environment.
