Sales Manager for Accelerated Technologies in Romania & Moldova

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a customer‑oriented Sales Manager to lead the Accelerated Technologies business across Romania and Moldova. You will drive strategic direction, achieve sales and profit targets, and coach a high‑performing team while traveling extensively across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic direction, objectives and targets for Accelerated Technologies in line with regional strategy.
• Achieve sales revenue and profit targets for the Romania & Moldova cluster with full P&L responsibility.
• Plan, direct and monitor sales team activities to meet established targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Care, Tender, Legal, Regulatory, Market Access, Marketing and SAM.
• Identify opportunities and develop new programs to increase market share and therapy adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences.
• 5+ years of successful experience in biomedical or related industry, preferably medical device sales.
• Proven leadership in sales management or a similar role.
• Strong business acumen, networking skills and ability to lead commercial negotiations and tenders.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
