Sales BackOffice Support Specialist (German)

About the role

The Sales BackOffice Support Specialist will work closely with Key Account Managers to prepare sales materials, manage documentation and support the sales process for German‑speaking customers. The role is based in Timișoara and contributes to Bosch Service Solutions' mission of delivering best‑in‑class enterprise and IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Create sales presentations and customer offers to support Key Account Managers.
• Prepare and update service scopes and customer approval documents (WorkOns).
• Maintain CRM data in Salesforce, including contacts, accounts and opportunities.
• Generate SPCTs and support approval workflows.
• Manage Business Privacy Agreements and annual updates.
• Assist with annual price‑list updates, invoicing processes and customer communications.
• Research customer needs, identify new sales opportunities within Bosch organisations.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Commercial training, degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales support, sales operations or business administration.
• Strong communication, organisational and customer‑service skills.
• Fluent German and English (B2/C1), written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to Germany occasionally (1–4 times per year).

Required skills

• MS Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce (or similar CRM system).
• SAP (or similar ERP system).
