Project Manager – Buildings & Construction

About the role

Airbus Aerostructures is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead building and construction projects across national and international sites. You will ensure structural integrity, safety, and sustainability while delivering high‑quality engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and construction teams.
• Monitor construction sites for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Manage project documentation and report directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in structural design or construction management.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Eurocodes and local building codes.
• Fluent in English and Romanian; German (B2) is a plus.
