Project Lead – Supply Chain Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Project Lead to drive supply chain planning initiatives for Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project governance, and ensure successful delivery of IT‑enabled supply chain transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management activities including regular meetings, risk assessments, release gate preparations and governance tasks.
• Communicate project status, risks and updates to stakeholders and senior management through presentations and reports.
• Conduct change impact analyses and provide inputs throughout all project phases.
• Gather and analyse business requirements for Maestro and ERP solutions in collaboration with Process Experts.
• Facilitate workshops, process definition sessions and stakeholder review meetings.
• Coordinate testing, data migration, data cleansing, validation and analytics activities.
• Support end‑user training initiatives and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Prepare and deliver monthly status reports and monitor adherence to timelines, milestones and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in consulting or supply chain management.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for digital, AI‑enabled supply chain transformation.
• Proven experience leading IT implementation and business transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in planning processes and systems gained through project or operational roles.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and travel as required.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
