Professional Services Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer‑focused Professional Services Engineer to join Cyberhaven’s dynamic team. In this role you will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, diagnose issues, and deliver consulting services that ensure successful implementation and integration of our data‑security solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of Cyberhaven’s solution within client environments, ensuring seamless deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to design custom dataset and policy solutions based on their technical needs.
• Analyze log files, debug complex problems, and coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Provide technical training to end users, enabling them to maximize product value and accelerate ROI.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance, best practices, and post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Professional Services professional in the endpoint security/DLP space.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical solutions and managing projects against strict timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent certifications, or comparable experience.

Required skills

• Endpoint Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.
• Experience with DLP products such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Digital Guardian, Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.
• Log file analysis, software debugging, and troubleshooting SaaS‑based security solutions.
• Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and data integration techniques.
• Understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Practical experience with macOS (MDM, app management) and Windows ecosystems (SCCM, GPO, Intune, PowerShell).
