Product Owner – Marketplace Platform

About the role

We are seeking an accountable, execution‑driven Product Owner to take full ownership of our Marketplace platform. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end health of product listings, pricing, availability and order flow, ensuring alignment with business rules and delivering a reliable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Marketplace platform, overseeing catalogue, pricing, availability and operational performance.
• Audit and clean the catalogue, removing duplicates, irrelevant or non‑serviceable listings.
• Define and enforce catalogue quality standards and governance frameworks.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, approval processes and visibility controls.
• Establish SOPs for product onboarding, pricing updates, order validation and catalogue modifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Finance to drive platform fixes, enhancements and compliance.
• Monitor key metrics such as invalid orders, cancellation rates and catalogue hygiene, publishing regular reports and action plans.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in product ownership, marketplace or e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong expertise in catalogue management, pricing control and order flow governance.
• Proven ability to design and implement structured processes and drive measurable improvements.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with engineering, sales, operations and finance teams.
