PPC Manager – Paid Media for Events

About the role

QS is looking for a results‑driven PPC Manager to lead paid media initiatives for its global events. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution to attract high‑quality student leads and boost event registrations across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the paid media strategy for QS Events, focusing on scalable performance marketing.
• Manage end‑to‑end Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional marketing goals.
• Monitor, analyse and continuously optimise campaign performance to improve lead quality and return on ad spend.
• Design audience targeting and segmentation frameworks that guide prospective students through the conversion funnel.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Performance and regional teams to integrate paid media with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within education or event‑driven environments.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
