Planning & Reporting Financial Controller

About the role
The Planning & Reporting Financial Controller will support Airbus Helicopters Romania in delivering accurate financial results and insightful analysis. You will work closely with the finance team and business stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting and effective budgeting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare actual P&L statements and report them to the group.
- Monitor monthly actual results versus forecasts.
- Produce monthly performance analyses covering P&L, KPIs, balance sheet and free cash flow, highlighting variances and key drivers.
- Create management and group reports, including dashboards for ad‑hoc, monthly, quarterly and yearly needs.
- Support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits and local regulations.
Required profile
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of experience in finance or controlling.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and solution‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- IFRS reporting knowledge.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced use of MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
