Planning and Resource Coordinator Analyst with German

About the role

The Resource Planner will manage day‑to‑day planning operations, resource allocation, and booking activities for PwC in Bucharest. You will coordinate internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project staffing and optimal resource utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resource planning databases and ensure accurate data integration.
• Align planned hours with approved project budgets for each team member.
• Propose allocation solutions, communicate with managers/project leaders, and participate in planning meetings to resolve conflicts.
• Monitor resource utilization and availability, sharing updates with managers and project leaders.
• Prepare budget analyses, reports, and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Team Leader and exercise judgment on when assistance is needed.
• Apply resource planning rules and internal standards while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Respond promptly to colleagues' requests, follow instructions, ask clarifying questions, and make task‑aligned decisions.

Required profile

• Fluent English and German language proficiency.
• Medium proficiency in Excel.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar resource planning or coordination role (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and record work hours.
• Clear, professional communication at all levels.
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail‑oriented attitude.
