Order to Cash Operations Analyst – Early Career

About the role

Join Accenture Operations as an Order to Cash Operations Analyst, supporting collections for Turkish‑speaking customers. You will work Monday to Friday (09:00‑18:00) in a hybrid setting or fully remote from anywhere in Romania.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Reconcile client accounts and perform revenue‑recognition checks according to client policies.
• Receive, analyse and resolve queries to ensure timely payments.
• Provide voice support through inbound and outbound calls with employees or stakeholders.
• Utilise tools such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook and Excel to process transactions.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or high‑school diploma (mandatory).
• Team‑player, reliable, proactive and able to handle urgent matters.
