About the role

The Quality Operator will work in Bosch's Blaj laboratory, ensuring that components and equipment meet strict technical specifications. You will be responsible for preparing parts for testing, performing measurements, and documenting results in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand product functionality.
• Receive and log parts/equipment delivered to the laboratory according to work instructions.
• Prepare items for testing, verification and calibration.
• Monitor laboratory environmental conditions required for accurate measurements.
• Select and carry out appropriate mechanical and electrical measurements based on drawing dimensions.
• Perform functional and contamination tests following defined procedures.
• Enter data and generate reports using Microsoft Office.
• Evaluate measurement results and ensure their correctness.
• Archive all measurement and test reports.
• Conduct daily production checks and use SAP to view and download relevant data.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical measurement principles.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
• Experience with SAP for data retrieval and documentation.
