Offer Calculation Expert

About the role

We are looking for an Offer Calculation Expert to join Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. In this role you will work closely with global sales and project teams to provide financial insights that support transparent decision‑making for acquisition projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate offer and EBIT calculations for acquisition projects.
• Evaluate commercial KPIs and profitability scenarios, reviewing cost assumptions and documentation.
• Assess cost‑reduction measures and run scenario simulations.
• Drive financial evaluations for change requests and new requirements in ongoing projects.
• Analyse project profitability evolution from acquisition to production start.
• Maintain accurate data and visualisations in CRM/IT tools.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in controlling, commercial finance, purchasing controlling or plant‑related financial functions.
• Experience in project‑based or acquisition‑driven environments is preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen with advanced Excel skills and solid understanding of EBIT logic.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
