Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health Senior Sales Representative

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a committed professional to join the Accelerated Technologies team as a Senior Sales Representative for Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health, covering Romania and Moldova.

Key responsibilities

• Own the success metrics to drive adoption of the PH and NM therapies within targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Strategic Account Management, Market Access, Customer Care, Legal, Tender and Regulatory) to increase market penetration and share while complying with internal processes.
• Develop and execute therapy development plans for each target account to support long‑term market growth.
• Provide on‑site technical support during initial procedures to ensure proper use.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders.
• Achieve designated sales targets in line with regional/cluster sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and +5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Experience with physicians in Pelvic Health and Neuromodulation related accounts (preferred).
• Team‑oriented with solid skills in business planning, reimbursement, communication and negotiation.
• Ability to follow work processes to ensure high‑quality daily activity in accordance with internal rules and procedures.
• Fluent in Romanian and English.
