MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (m/f/d)

About the role

DEHN, an international family-owned company with over 2,600 employees worldwide, has set up its DEHN IT Hub in Romania as a shared service for the group. It is expanding its Corporate IT organization and is looking for an MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join its international team of more than 70 colleagues. The role is based in Pitești, Romania.

Key responsibilities

• Take an active role in implementing, configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement within the DEHN Group.
• Work closely with the Global Dynamics 365 Administrators and Corporate IT teams at the DEHN headquarters in Germany.
• Collect requirements from stakeholders across the group and implement them according to the HQ IT Team's guidelines and working methods.
• Act as subject matter expert for the Dynamics 365 landscape and support business users with guidance on processes and functionality.
• Assess business needs, design technical solutions and drive change requests within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Support the creation of technical and business documentation.
• Provide 2nd level support for Dynamics 365 incidents, service requests and application issues across DEHN subsidiaries worldwide.
• Participate in global Dynamics 365 projects and support the HQ with change request implementations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Solid experience in CRM implementation and support projects.
• Business and technical consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently in an international and remote environment; experience in agile teams and basic knowledge of agile frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, willingness to travel occasionally to Germany or the Romanian production site, and advanced written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement module).
• Programming in JavaScript and C#.
